Returns


We hope you love your Steamboat Willie World products! However, in the event that you receive the wrong item or a defective item, you have 30 days after receiving your item to initiate the return process. 

In the event a refund is issued, all refunds are given in store credit.
We do not offer cash refunds at this time.

To start a return, email us at Support@SteamboatWillieWorld.com with your purchase confirmation email and (if applicable) photos of the item(s) that indicate the defect(s). 

To be eligible for a Return Authorization, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. 

If your return meets the criteria above, you will receive a Return Authorization email with instructions for shipping. Product must first be shipped back to our facility before a store credit may be issued.

Note: Items sent back to us without first receiving a Return Authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. All shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Unfortunately, due to the print-on-demand nature of our business, every item is made to order, and thus we cannot and do not facilitate exchanges. We can only process returns for defective items or shipping errors (i.e. the wrong item was sent).

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on promotional items, sale items and/or gift cards.
